Is there One Best Skincare Line?

Who has the best skincare line? Often times people get hung up on names, and think there's only one product that will work for them. The truth is, there are a lot of great skincare companies, and they're making good products. There are good products at all ends up the spectrum, either the premium skincare products, mid-level products and drugstore level skincare products. While I may personally love Dermalogica skincare products or Dermaware skincare products, you may love Murad or Kinerase. I may pick up Olay, Neutrogena or Aveeno products, where you may prefer Roc, Cetaphil or Dove. You need to find products that work for your skin type, and any skin conditions you may be taking care of such as dehydration or redness. The difference between premium skincare products and their drugstore counter parts come down to levels of concentration. While it's true each of those products may contain Vitamin C, the question is in what quantity, and what grade? The easiest way to explain this is to pretend you have three glasses of water in front of you. Now in each glass you're going to drop some food dye. In the first glass (representing drug store products), drop 2 drops of red food coloring. In the next glass (representing department store products) drop in 4 drops of red food coloring. In the last glass (representing professional skincare or premium skincare products) drop 8 drops of red food dye in. Do you see how even though you put in the SAME ingredient (in this case red food dye), there's a difference in how each glass looks. That's because there's a higher concentration in the premium brand products. So while your drugstore product may have Vitamin C or whatever ingredient you're looking for, it may be a lesser quality or quantity of ingredient. I put my money into premium skincare products. I use them for things like my cleanser, and my moisturizer. I have enzymes and exfoliants, but then I mix in drugstore brands for quick day to day needs, to stretch my dollar. There is no ONE
best skincare line,
but there are better quality products.
